功能性低聚糖的食品安全性综述

低聚木糖研究和使用较早，由于发展较慢，所以总体规模和厂家仅日本三得利和中国龙力生物，主要研究积累在动物和成人安全性实验方面，从近二十余年的应用周期来看，没有出现任何安全问题，其原料为天然玉米下脚料，加工工艺属传统工艺，产品质量从指标检测、毒理试验和应用情况来看都是安全稳定的，因此，具有较高的安全性，从理论和实践方面来说都是安全的。
